I didn't sleep that great last night and then at 4:45 am, Emma decided that it was a good time to go outside. If she wasn't so cute I think I would have strangled her.  I went back to bed and woke up at 8:50 later than normal for me any way.  I tested my blood and it was 6.9 a really good start to the day, right up until I had some cereal and the milk that was dated for the 5th of June was sour.  I didn't know it until I started eating it yuck.  So I had a banana instead.

    Well did the milk see you before you put your makeup on? That could explain the souring.
    I know, I know... I am being told upon. ~grin~
    But seriously, well done on your glucose level.
